Information is collected from you by us as your advisers and to perform our obligations under our retainer agreement. We may use information collected from you to promote our services and/or seek potential clients.

If giving us information it is expressly available for the purpose of negotiating a sale as agent for a rent roll sale we will ensure Non Disclosure Agreements are entered into with prospective purchasers prior to releasing any confidential information.

We will only disclose information to other parties as required to perform our duties to you and or under any agreement for the purposes specified above or as otherwise allowed under the Privacy Act 1988.
